1. Overview
GO ON TRIP ("we," "us," or "the platform") provides an online marketplace and related tools for travel discovery and booking. We may update features, partners, or these terms; material changes will be indicated on this page or in-app where appropriate.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use booking and payment features. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Listings, pricing & availability
Displayed prices, dates, and availability are provided by suppliers or our systems and may change before confirmation. A booking is only confirmed after you receive clear confirmation through the platform (or as stated at checkout).
4. Payments
Where payments are supported, charges are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our partners to charge your selected payment method for confirmed purchases, fees, and applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Traveler-initiated: Rules depend on the fare, package, or experience you selected—check the cancellation section before you pay.
Supplier-initiated: If a host or operator cancels, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and follow the remedy path described at booking (e.g., rebook or refund as applicable).
Events outside reasonable control: Severe weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events may affect services; remedies will follow applicable law and the terms shown for that product.
6. Safety, insurance & assumption of risk
Travel involves inherent risks. GO ON TRIP does not provide insurance. You are responsible for obtaining suitable coverage and for following local laws and safety guidance from operators.
7. Supplier & traveler responsibilities
- Provide truthful descriptions, photos, and pricing for any listing you control.
- Honor confirmed bookings or communicate promptly if a change is unavoidable.
- Comply with applicable laws (consumer protection, tax, licensing, and tourism regulations).
- Treat other users respectfully; harassment or fraud may lead to suspension.
8. Intellectual property & acceptable use
Platform software, branding, and curated content are protected. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service in ways that could harm users, partners, or infrastructure.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
